Privacy policy

Updated October 8, 2026. This notice describes TLS Logistics Planner, a free tool developed and operated by Aiso (AISO Boost Ltd.) for Texas Logistic Services. It supplements Aiso's Privacy Policy.

Planning data

The website and ChatGPT tools process selected logistics services, product categories, order volumes, SKU or pallet counts, sales channels, specialist requirements, warehouse region and proposed start dates, depending on the tool used. We use these inputs to generate planning checklists, fit assessments and unsent enquiry briefs. Provide only the business requirements needed for your plan. Do not provide names, email addresses, phone numbers, credentials or confidential information.

Storage and sharing

The application processes planning requests in memory. Its code does not save request bodies, maintain a customer database or send enquiries to TLS or other providers. Vercel hosts the service and processes network and technical request information to deliver and secure it. Infrastructure providers may retain operational information under their service policies; this notice does not promise that all technical records are immediately erased. Vercel privacy information.

When you use the tools in ChatGPT, OpenAI processes the conversation and tool results under its own policies. Only the tool arguments are sent to this service. When you follow the optional TLS contact link, information you enter there is handled by TLS under TLS's Privacy Policy. Opening the link does not send your planning brief.

Website resources

This planner does not include application analytics, advertising trackers or application cookies. The website loads its logo from the TLS website and its font from Google Fonts, which receive normal network request information. Copying a brief uses your device's clipboard after you click Copy.

For questions, access or deletion requests concerning information held by Aiso, contact ben@getaiso.com. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information. ChatGPT and TLS records are controlled by those providers and should be requested from them directly. Updates to this notice will be published here.
